Age limit

Gaming is restricted to guests aged 21 and over. We ask for photo ID and will turn away anyone who cannot prove their age.

Keep play in balance

• Decide how much time and money you will spend before you start.

• Take regular breaks, and never chase losses.
• Do not play when upset, tired or under the influence.

Signs it may be becoming a problem

• Spending more time or money than you planned.
• Borrowing money or missing bills to gamble.
• Hiding your play from family or friends.
• Feeling anxious, guilty or irritable when you are not playing.

Tools we offer

• Spending and time limits set with a host.
• Temporary breaks from gaming, from 24 hours upwards.
• Self-exclusion for six months, one year or longer.
