Not at all. Plenty of guests come for the rooms, spa, pool and restaurants and never visit the gaming floor.
Is the casino hotel suitable for families?
Guests of all ages are welcome in our rooms, restaurants and at the pool until 7 PM. The gaming floor, and the theatre lounge after 9 PM, are strictly for guests aged 21 and over.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Ask the front desk about a late check-out; we say yes whenever the day allows.
Do you offer stay packages?
Yes. We have dinner-and-stay, spa weekend and Stay & Play packages. Choose one when you book, or ask our reservations team to tailor one for you.
Is parking available?
Self-parking and valet are both available on site, and valet is complimentary for overnight guests.
Is the gaming floor smoke-free?
Yes. The whole gaming floor is smoke-free, with a separate outdoor terrace for guests who smoke.
How far are you from the airport?
The airport is about 25 minutes by car and the central rail station is a 10-minute taxi ride. We can arrange a private transfer on request.
